You will have the responsibility to work with internal systems to budget and manage OTB, forecast and analyse sales, and plan promotions and ranges.You will need exceptional analytical ability supported by strong leadership and communication skills. Developing and adapting the role to the requirements of the business will be an exciting challenge and an opportunity to exercise good retail experience across a variety of general merchandise categories. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have a proven track record in: - Managing a large OTB, planning budgets and presenting strategies with the merchandise team
- Collaborating with buyers, reviewing ranges, forecasting and working with suppliers to drive sales and profit
- Analysis with an ability to work with various sources of data to manipulate in Excel
- Strong leadership, effective influencing and communication skills
